The city view from the room was lovely, providing a nice backdrop to our stay. The staff, although rude at check-in, managed to help with our luggage later on.

However, the disorganization at the reception was frustrating.

I gotta say , the staff was attentive which made the whole experience smoother than expected. One night after a long day , they left a delicious cupcake in our room which felt like they really cared about making us feel at home.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive , but for the quality of service we received , I’d say it was still acceptable.

However, the hotel is in desperate need of a revamp. the gym carries an odor reminiscent of a kitchen without a proper exhaust. Plus, the noise disturbances from the elevator and plumbing are bothersome, especially during the night. If you're sensitive to sounds like I am, you might find it challenging to get a good night's sleep.
